Morning Movement


The ITP kata is particularly suited for exercise and sports enthusiasts and those involved with athletics and movement.  Its integral nature brings forth the simultaneous embrace of body, mind, heart and soul, and includes affirmations using transformational imaging, to further your growth and development.

The kata sets the stage for a full body warm up as you articulate all of the muscle groups and joints, as well as awakening mental clarity and putting yourself in the present moment. Become more limber, fluid, relaxed and in tune with yourself and others.
