Self-talk is a big part of athletic performance, training, and competition. Often the self-talk we use is not conscious.  Research has shown that the “voices” and language we use can influence our state of mind.  Clearly, our state of mind impacts performance.

In this experiential workshop, we will identify our “voices” and try out some different ones, realizing we can consciously use voices that work best for us in training and competition.
